Reiterate key points in the conclusion to link
to conclusion.

Sum up the chapter and explain what you will
look into in chapter 2 in regards to what you have found out in chapter 1.

Refer back to key terminology/ideas from chapter
1.

Remove unnecessary contextual narrative.

Sum up the key parts of the chapter and what you
have found out. Then explain your aims for the next chapter in regards to what
you have found out in chapter 2.
Chapter 3

Refer back to key terminology/ideas from chapter
1.

Conclusion
·
Three paragraphs- Chapter 1 key points, Chapter
2 key points, Chapter 3 key points.
·
Then rest of 1000 words can be like the draft
conclusion but more structured and concise, but you can ask questions, explore
the themes etc.
